Super.com seeks a Senior Data Scientist to join its Analytics & Data Science team. You will work in a mission-aligned model alongside product managers and engineers to solve complex business problems. The team values data-driven decisions and has established technical practices for launching daily experiments.
What you'll do
- Lead design and delivery of statistical and ML solutions for business decisions
- Own ambiguous problems from question framing to production deployment
- Architect data pipelines to clean and transform large raw datasets
- Design business rules for cash flow underwriting and repayment workflows
- Partner with leaders to translate priorities into data science roadmaps
- Run rigorous experimentation programs to measure product impact
- Productionize ML models balancing accuracy, latency, and cost
- Communicate findings to stakeholders via visualizations and writeups
What you'll need
- 5+ years in data science with track record of shipping impactful models
- Ability to own projects independently and lead through ambiguity
- Experience deploying, monitoring, and retraining models in production
- Technical degree in data science, CS, analytics, AI or equivalent experience
- Strong SQL skills with ability to build performant transformations
- Expert programming in sklearn, pandas, numpy, and deep learning frameworks
- Previous experience in fintech and lending sectors
