Join Vanta's Data and Analytics team to establish a top-tier business analytics function. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the analytics stack meets current needs while preparing for future growth. The focus is on creating trusted data assets and driving strategic decisions through data.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain product data assets using modern analytics infrastructure
- Use AI tools like Snowflake Cortex to automate analysis and generate insights
- Define measurement frameworks for product health and customer lifecycle
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to influence strategy
- Lead executive reviews and translate complex data into clear recommendations
- Help define analytics strategy and AI measurement practices
What you'll need
- 4+ years experience as Data Scientist, Product Analyst, or Analytics Engineer
- Strong foundation in SQL, Python or R, statistics, and machine learning
- Experience designing experiments and predictive models for product decisions
- Proven ability to build scalable data assets on cloud platforms like Snowflake
- Deep experience with data visualization techniques
- Experience using AI-assisted analytics tools or LLM workflows
- Understanding of product analytics and B2B SaaS growth metrics
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable frameworks
