Join the core AI team to build and optimize NLP models that detect risks in AI interactions, such as sensitive data exposure and adversarial prompts. You will handle data curation, model training, and evaluation to support reliable, low-latency security solutions for enterprise AI applications.
What you'll do
- Curate and maintain datasets for NLP and AI security use cases
- Generate synthetic datasets using LLMs to improve robustness
- Train and fine-tune transformer-based models for risk detection
- Develop custom classifiers and NER models for sensitive data
- Design evaluation pipelines to measure model quality and accuracy
- Optimize models and inference workflows for production speed
- Collaborate with engineering to deploy research into production
- Analyze performance to identify gaps and edge cases
What you'll need
- 4+ years experience as Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with NLP and transformer models
- Proficient in Python programming
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Hugging Face and scikit-learn ecosystems
- Skills in NER, tokenization, and text classification
- Strong data preparation skills using Pandas
- Understanding of AI security concepts like prompt injection
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous ML problems
