The position involves hands-on work with transformer-based architectures, dataset curation, and evaluation pipelines to ensure reliable, low-latency security solutions for enterprise AI applications.
What you'll do
- Curate and maintain datasets for AI security, including adversarial examples
- Generate synthetic data using LLMs to improve model robustness
- Train and fine-tune transformer models for real-time risk detection
- Develop custom classifiers and NER models for sensitive information
- Design evaluation pipelines to measure accuracy and false positives
- Optimize models and inference workflows for production speed
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy research into production
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with NLP and transformer models
- Proficient in Python programming
- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- Familiarity with Hugging Face and scikit-learn ecosystems
- Skills in NER, tokenization, and text classification techniques
- Understanding of AI security concepts like prompt injection
- Ability to design benchmarks and assess model reliability
