Lazer is a digital product studio helping companies scale from zero to significant revenue. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will own complex software initiatives, managing scoping, execution, and launch for enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals while driving account growth.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery including scoping, roadmaps, and execution
- Manage enterprise client relationships worth over $1M
- Embed with client teams on-site periodically to drive outcomes
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Translate technical constraints into clear business impacts
- Coach engineers to operate as independent consultants
- Implement AI workflows to automate reporting and communications
- Surface risks early and define clear mitigation paths
What you'll need
- 7+ years in top-tier consulting or enterprise tech services
- Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives
- Experience managing C-suite and multi-stakeholder relationships
- Strong commercial instinct for farming and growing accounts
- Daily use of AI tools for workflow automation is mandatory
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in high-pressure environments
- Willingness to travel for periodic on-site client engagement
- Technical fluency to work closely with engineering teams
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-driven products or LLM integrations
- Knowledge of modern development workflows and CI/CD
- Background in forward deployed engineering models
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding practices
