Join Darkroom as a Senior Designer to drive creative strategy across paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital branding. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver visually sharp, results-oriented designs that balance brand identity with performance metrics.
Reporting to the Director of Creative, you will manage your own roster of client accounts, leading workshops and presentations while ensuring consistency across multiple marketing channels. This position offers autonomy and ownership within a fast-paced, remote-first environment supporting EST time zones.
What you'll do
- Design digital assets for paid ads, email, SMS, social media, and Amazon creative
- Create and maintain design systems based on client brand guidelines
- Lead client calls, present designs, and facilitate workshopping sessions
- Design landing pages in Figma using UI/UX best practices
- Collaborate with developers and project managers on web design initiatives
- Analyze conversion factors to execute designs within marketing best practices
What you'll need
- 3+ years of proven design experience, preferably in an agency or studio
- Portfolio demonstrating strong branding, visual, marketing, or web design
- Solid understanding of layout, hierarchy, color theory, and typography
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite is required
- Fluency in English for speaking, writing, and presenting to clients
- Ability to lead client relationships and manage approvals independently
Nice to have
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- BFA or higher degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
