Join the Growth Team at 1Password to develop new self-serve features and evolve the systems powering product growth. You will drive rapid experimentation and feedback loops across B2B product suites, balancing speed with architectural health and security.
What you'll do
- Shape and evolve the experimentation platform including feature flags and data quality
- Lead design and implementation of experiments to drive activation and engagement
- Partner with product, design, and data teams to define measurable outcomes
- Balance rapid iteration with long-term architectural health and security standards
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and pairing
- Identify technical opportunities to unlock new growth mechanisms for the business
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional software development in production SaaS environments
- Strong experience building backend services in Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python
- Deep experience with React and/or TypeScript in customer-facing web applications
- Strong understanding of instrumentation, analytics, and success metrics
- Ability to operate autonomously and influence technical direction
- Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset
Nice to have
- Experience leading or contributing to experimentation-driven product development
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude, Looker, or Qualtrics
- Experience working in security- or compliance-sensitive domains
