Join the Cloud Delivery team at NetBox Labs to own the infrastructure powering NetBox Cloud, a managed SaaS product. You will manage multi-tenant EKS clusters on AWS and operate deployment systems serving thousands of customer instances. This hands-on senior role requires leading technical initiatives and improving platform reliability.
What you'll do
- Manage AWS infrastructure including EKS, VPC, IAM, and RDS
- Lead infrastructure projects from design to delivery
- Collaborate with Product teams for reliable customer launches
- Improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Define SLOs and reduce operational toil via automation
- Support SOC 2 compliance and security controls
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing
- Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response
What you'll need
- 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- 3+ years experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong AWS skills with EKS, VPC, IAM, and RDS
- Deep experience with Terraform and Helm
- Proficiency in Python, Go, and shell scripting
- Experience scoping complex infrastructure projects
- Strong written communication and design documentation skills
- Familiarity with SOC 2 and IAM governance
- Daily use of AI tools like Copilot or Cursor
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry
Nice to have
- Familiarity with NetBox ecosystem or network automation
- Previous open-source contributions
