You will define the multi-year vision for agentic engineering, translating business priorities into a robust platform investment plan. This foundational leadership role requires building teams that deliver secure, reliable, and reusable AI agent capabilities for the full product development lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Define strategy and roadmap for agentic engineering platforms
- Lead teams building reusable agents and workflow orchestration
- Create extensible platforms for Product and Engineering teams
- Partner with business leaders on high-value use cases
- Establish evaluation systems for agent performance and security
- Embed responsible AI and data protection into platform design
- Drive organizational change and workflow redesign globally
- Hire and coach a strong technical leadership bench
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field
- Experience leading senior technical talent and managers
- Background in scaling internal developer platforms
- Expertise in AI-enabled and agentic system deployment
- Strong partner management across cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in leading organizational change
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to executives
