As the primary compensation advisor to OCI executives and HR leadership, you will translate business strategy into competitive and equitable compensation programs. You will lead a team of consultants and partner with global stakeholders to support the rapidly growing data center business and technical workforce.
What you'll do
- Advise OCI executives on compensation strategy and workforce decisions
- Lead design and governance of global compensation programs
- Manage annual planning for salary, bonus, incentives, and equity
- Develop analytics tools for budget modeling and decision support
- Partner with Talent Advisory on offer strategies for critical roles
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of compensation consultants
- Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management in programs
- Present recommendations and insights to senior leadership forums
What you'll need
- 12+ years of broad-based compensation or total rewards experience
- 5+ years leading teams of compensation professionals
- Experience supporting global technology or cloud workforces
- Strong financial and analytical skills for cost assessment
- Ability to lead through influence in matrixed organizations
- Excellent communication skills for executive audiences
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in relevant field
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
- Experience with data center operations compensation
