As the primary compensation advisor to OCI executives and HR leadership, you will translate business strategy and market conditions into competitive compensation programs. You will lead a team of consultants and partner with global stakeholders to support OCI's rapid growth, particularly in data centers and cloud infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Advise OCI executives and HR leaders on compensation strategy and delivery
- Lead design and governance of compensation strategies supporting business goals
- Oversee data center compensation design and consulting delivery
- Manage annual compensation planning for salary, bonus, incentives, and equity
- Develop analytics tools for budget modeling and decision support
- Partner with Talent Advisory on offer strategies for critical technical talent
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of compensation consultants
- Ensure program governance, compliance, controls, and risk management
What you'll need
- 12+ years of broad-based compensation or total rewards experience
- Experience supporting global technology or cloud infrastructure workforces
- 5+ years leading teams of compensation professionals or individual contributors
- Proven ability to develop strategy without an established roadmap
- Strong understanding of technical-talent markets and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to translate complex data into clear executive recommendations
- Strong financial and analytical skills for assessing compensation investments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
