You will define the engineering strategy for the company's Precision Defense charter, turning offensive capabilities into proactive defense mechanisms. Leading across Tripwires, Deception, and Security Controls Validation, you will build the organization that helps customers detect and remediate threats.

The role requires partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to prioritize work, manage dependencies, and deliver AI-enabled workflows. You will scale the team by developing managers and technical leads while ensuring architectural soundness and customer value.
