Lead product strategy for 1Password’s Developer Experience, Security for AI, and AI for Security portfolios. You will define the vision for secure interactions between developers, AI agents, and the platform, covering secrets management and programmatic access.
Reporting to the VP of Developer & AI Engineering, you will guide senior product managers through complex technical challenges. The role requires deep collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver impactful developer tools.
What you'll do
- Define product vision and roadmap for DevX and AI security initiatives
- Lead product definition for secure agentic workflows and identity delegation
- Translate emerging AI capabilities into differentiated product primitives
- Align product strategy with technical architecture and delivery goals
- Partner with marketing and partnerships for successful ecosystem adoption
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers in technical domains
- Establish decision-making frameworks and outcome-oriented metrics
What you'll need
- 10+ years in product management with 5+ years leading senior PMs
- Experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products
- Track record shipping developer tools or security products at scale
- Strong familiarity with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic workflows
- Solid understanding of identity, secrets management, and access control
- Ability to reason about AI capabilities through a customer lens
- Strong communication skills to influence without authority
