You will define and scale the next generation of oncology products at Viz.ai, bridging clinical needs with commercial strategy. The role requires deep engagement with oncology key opinion leaders and customers to translate unmet needs into intuitive, clinically meaningful software solutions.
Operating at the intersection of AI, product, and healthcare, you will own the product lifecycle from concept to launch. You will partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to ensure products improve patient care and drive business growth.
What you'll do
- Define oncology product strategy based on market opportunities and customer needs
- Identify unmet clinical needs and translate them into viable business cases
- Own end-to-end product development from insight to launch and optimization
- Write detailed product requirement documents connecting user problems to business goals
- Partner with design and engineering to build intuitive, clinically relevant tools
- Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams on go-to-market strategies
- Monitor metrics for adoption, engagement, and commercial performance
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in oncology-adjacent healthcare sectors
- 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare or tech
- Sophisticated understanding of oncology ecosystems and clinical workflows
- Commercial mindset with ability to connect product decisions to revenue
- Strong relationships with oncology clinicians or ability to build them quickly
- Proficiency with modern AI-native tools for prototyping and development
- Excellent communication skills across clinical, technical, and executive audiences
Nice to have
- Oncology clinical licensure such as MD, PA, NP, or RN
- Experience with oncology EHR systems like Epic Beacon or iKnowMed
- Background in life sciences or pharma partnership models
- Advanced degree such as MD, MBA, or MPH
