You will own the commercial Solutions Architecture function for the US and Canada, leading a distributed team of technical experts. Your primary goal is to convert enterprise interest in agentic AI into deployed production systems while setting the operational rhythm for the region.
This player-coach role involves partnering with Sales leadership to secure strategic deals and defining the vision for Americas Solutions Architecture. You will guide customers in designing secure, scalable AI solutions and translate market needs into product improvements.
What you'll do
- Build and coach a high-performing Solutions Architecture organization across the US and Canada
- Own the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic enterprise pursuits
- Partner with Sales leadership as a co-owner of the regional revenue number
- Define the vision, strategy, and operating model for Americas Solutions Architecture
- Guide customers in designing secure, scalable agentic AI solutions for various environments
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks, and best practices for the team
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with platform evolution
- Report on operational metrics including technical win rates and pipeline health
What you'll need
- 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture
- 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams with a record of developing talent
- Proven ability to hire, coach, and transform high-performing technical organizations
- Executive presence credible to C-suite stakeholders and technical engineering teams
- Hands-on technical credibility with models, agents, and architecture design
- Commercial acumen to influence strategic deals and articulate business value
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, LLMs, and cloud platforms
- Experience delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex or regulated environments
Nice to have
- Experience building or turning around a regional technical field organization
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, data platforms, or applied AI consulting
- Experience supporting customers in financial services, healthcare, or energy
- Established network of senior technical field talent to attract to the company
- Experience operating in high-growth environments requiring speed and ownership
