Join the Protection team at Primer, where you will own the risk management suite that helps merchants handle disputes and prevent fraud. You will design and build scalable automation for notification, evidence collection, and response workflows while expanding coverage across the payment service provider network.
This position requires making early architectural decisions on service boundaries and data models. You will partner with product and engineering leadership to turn merchant pain points into shipped automation, working in a new team where you help define structure and conventions.
