Leaply is building an ecosystem of digital products to make healthy living automatic through daily practices. As a Senior Engineer in the MarTech direction, you will own the technical foundation of marketing operations, including funnel builders, creative generation, and ad campaign automation. You will work in a remote-friendly, English-speaking team within the SKELAR venture builder.
What you'll do
- Own a service area independently, covering architecture, pipeline quality, and development
- Standardize integrations with ad networks like Meta, Google, and TikTok
- Handle limits, retries, error handling, and monitoring for external APIs
- Develop production LLM pipelines using Vertex or Gemini for creative analysis and generation
- Migrate marketing logic from Airtable to systems with better data control
- Raise engineering standards through code reviews and integration guidelines
What you'll need
- 5+ years of commercial experience in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience designing services or modules from scratch for live traffic
- Strong knowledge of data models, idempotency, queues, webhooks, and API limits
- Ability to analyze and refactor legacy code of varying maturity levels
- Proactive ownership of risks and backlog planning with business stakeholders
- Regular use of AI tools in coding, reviews, and data analysis
- Fluency in English for professional communication
Nice to have
- Experience with React or Next.js for internal interfaces
- Knowledge of advertising APIs such as Meta Marketing, Google Ads, or TikTok
- Familiarity with tracking technologies like pixels, CAPI, and attribution
- Experience with BigQuery and data pipelines
- Background in working with Airtable internals
- Proficiency with GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Argo CD
