Lead the Test Systems & Tooling team to build shared systems and environments that enable engineers to validate the Temporal platform under production-like conditions. You will drive cross-team alignment to ensure system-level testing gaps are addressed and pre-production confidence is improved.
What you'll do
- Hire, coach, and develop engineers building shared testing capabilities
- Improve creation of test environments resembling production topology and scale
- Build capabilities for workload replay, generation, and stress testing
