Join the Enterprise Systems team to centrally administer and integrate the tools that power 1Password. You will own the lifecycle of key platforms, build automations, and ensure secure, responsible adoption of AI technologies across the organization.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle for Tier 1 tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Jira
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with company needs and vendor directions
- Manage SSO and SCIM provisioning via Okta for access control
- Design and maintain integrations using APIs, Tines, and Okta Workflows
- Configure and operate AI features ensuring secure and responsible usage
- Support license management, renewals, and vendor relationships
- Mentor teammates and document standards for tool configurations
What you'll need
- 5+ years of IT or enterprise systems experience at scale
- Expertise in administering platforms like Slack, Google Workspace, or Zoom
- Strong knowledge of identity management including SSO and SCIM
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Tines or Workato
- Practical experience with AI-enabled productivity tools
- Ability to translate business workflow challenges into technical solutions
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Familiarity with software licensing and procurement processes
- Experience with Okta specifically for identity management
- Background in mentoring others and building team culture
