As part of the Customer Solutions Team, you will help top customers maximize value from Teleport products throughout their lifecycle. You will design solution architectures, handle hands-on deployment, and provide technical triage while acting as a customer champion.
The role requires close collaboration with Sales and Product teams to identify upsell opportunities and relay product feedback. You will also develop training programs and assist with enterprise-wide rollouts to ensure successful adoption.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy Teleport solution architecture in customer environments
- Provide technical triage, debugging, and escalation for complex issues
- Develop and deliver customized training and evangelize the solution
- Plan Quarterly Business Results meetings and drive product adoption
- Collaborate with Sales and Product to identify upsell opportunities
- Document customer goals to align Teleport solutions for maximum value
- Serve as a subject matter expert for customers and internal engineers
What you'll need
- BSc or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering field
- 8+ years experience in customer-facing software or system administration roles
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure public cloud providers
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes with prior hands-on experience
- Experience with SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO (SAML, OIDC), and RBAC
- Exceptional software troubleshooting, testing, and debugging skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Project management experience and ability to handle multiple clients

- Cloud provider certifications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- CKA or CKAD Kubernetes certifications
