Partner with sales, product, engineering, and machine learning teams to drive technical engagements for enterprise clients. You will connect customer needs with product direction, ensuring reliable AI deployments across European markets.
What you'll do
- Lead customer discovery to map data architectures and business needs
- Scope and deliver proofs of value from validation to production
- Conduct demos and lead architecture discussions with stakeholders
- Create reusable discovery frameworks and reference architectures
- Translate customer constraints into actionable product feedback
- Collaborate with ML and infrastructure teams on deployments
- Travel regularly to customer sites in the UK and Europe
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience
- 2-3 years in a hands-on technical or data role
- Track record converting proofs of value to production
- Strong knowledge of data warehouses and ETL/ELT pipelines
- Experience with enterprise technical discovery and security reviews
- Working knowledge of production LLM and agentic systems
- Python or SQL skills for customer prototyping
Nice to have
- Knowledge of knowledge graphs or semantic layers
- Experience in regulated or air-gapped environments
- Background in early-stage data or AI companies
