As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the technical vanguard for sophisticated customers, integrating Ciroos into complex enterprise ecosystems. You will bridge the gap between engineering and customer success by deploying AI capabilities, resolving operational pain points, and ensuring successful production outcomes.
Your work directly influences the product roadmap while accelerating customer adoption. You will own implementations end-to-end, from technical discovery to post-launch stabilization, ensuring the AI SRE Teammate delivers measurable value in reliability and toil reduction.
What you'll do
- Implement and optimize the AI SRE Teammate in customer production environments
- Monitor deployments to ensure customers maximize product value
- Design and maintain scalable infrastructure for AI services
- Lead enterprise migrations from incumbent alerting or AIOps platforms
- Integrate Ciroos with ticketing, collaboration, and observability stacks
- Train customer SRE and Ops teams on operating with the new tool
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventative measures
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into clear technical designs
- Ship reusable deployment modules and reference architectures
- Report ROI and impact metrics to executive sponsors
What you'll need
- At least 6 years in SRE, DevOps, or similar operational roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
- Extensive experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and active use of AI tools
- Experience with observability tools like Dynatrace or Datadog
- Hands-on experience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow
- Strong skills in API integration and data mapping
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Nice to have
- Experience supporting customers running AI infrastructure
- Familiarity with BigPanda, Moogsoft, PagerDuty, or Splunk
- Experience building internal automation tooling with Python or Node
- Prior role in technical customer success or solutions engineering
