Join Cresta’s AI Agent team to create state-of-the-art solutions that solve practical customer problems. You will leverage Large Language Models and agent systems to drive revenue and efficiency for leading companies.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product and customer. You will develop intelligent agents, integrate them with external systems, and provide hands-on technical expertise to ensure successful deployments.
What you'll do
- Develop, configure, and optimize AI agents using Cresta’s platform
- Build integrations with external systems such as APIs, databases, and CRMs
- Fine-tune prompts and configurations to optimize agent performance
- Gather technical requirements from customers and translate them into solutions
- Conduct demos and proof-of-concepts for prospective clients
- Define project milestones and coordinate execution with internal teams
- Serve as a technical advisor on architecture, security, and scalability
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in software development, consulting, or FDE roles
- Proficiency in Python and Golang for writing clean, efficient code
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and large language models
- Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent frameworks
- Knowledge of function calling and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong communication and project management skills
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience building AI agent systems
- Background in DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
