You will embed with leading restaurant brands to ensure successful Voice AI deployments, handling everything from technical discovery to go-live. This position requires writing code, troubleshooting live issues, and adapting Deepgram’s platform to complex operational constraints while building reusable tools for the team.
What you'll do
- Embed with customer engineering teams as a trusted technical peer
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for prospects
- Own end-to-end implementation from scoping to optimization
- Configure platform for unique operational needs like POS flows
- Monitor and resolve technical issues in live production environments
- Create tools and playbooks to standardize future deployments
- Translate field challenges into product requirements for internal teams

- Comfortable using AI coding tools to accelerate development
- Deep commitment to customer technical success and problem solving
- Ability to learn fast and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have
- Experience with voice AI, STT, NLP, or conversational systems
- Background in early-stage startups or founder-led environments
- Previous experience embedded in large enterprise customer deployments
