Join StackAI, an Asana company building a no-code AI workflow platform. We are looking for a senior engineer dedicated to technical excellence and execution speed. Your primary mission is to remove bottlenecks in our design process by implementing precise UX improvements and maintaining clean, trustworthy code.
What you'll do
- Optimize and refine existing frontend code and features
- Implement incremental UX/UI improvements from detailed design specs
- Deliver clean, production-ready code requiring minimal review
- Collaborate with Product Designers and other engineers on execution
- Focus on high-impact improvements to elevate product quality
- Clean up and improve legacy codebases
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and trustworthy code
- Strong execution skills with the ability to ship fast and well
- High level of autonomy in owning features end-to-end
- Accountability for decisions and responsiveness when needed
- Pragmatic approach to detail-oriented and iterative work
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailwind CSS
- Understanding of UI fundamentals
- Background in cleaning up and optimizing existing codebases
- Comfort working across the full stack when required
