You will own major product surfaces including the umbrelOS web UI, first-party applications, and the company website. This position requires translating Figma designs into high-quality code while improving implementation details where necessary.

What you'll do
- Lead frontend engineering for umbrelOS, apps, and website
- Translate Figma designs into polished, accessible code
- Implement meaningful motion and consistent transitions
- Design scalable systems for theming and components
- Write clear code and tests to improve codebase quality
- Prototype solutions and ship in small, reversible steps
- Partner with design on spacing, typography, and copy
What you'll need
- Expertise in React and TypeScript
- Experience with Tailwind, Shadcn, and Radix
- Strong focus on accessibility and empty states
- Ability to write short design docs and prototypes
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong product judgment for shipping decisions
- Experience working in async-first environments
