Join Truelogic as a Senior Frontend Engineer working with a leading independent global news agency. You will architect and build a new headless front-end for one of the world's most visited news sites, aiming for an early launch next year.
The role involves setting front-end standards, integrating with headless CMS platforms, and implementing AI-driven workflows. You will collaborate with a US-based team while enjoying full remote flexibility from Colombia.
What you'll do
- Design and build the new headless front-end architecture
- Deliver the initial launch page within the scheduled timeline
- Establish front-end standards, component patterns, and testing frameworks
- Own performance metrics, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and accessibility
- Connect user interfaces with headless CMS platforms and internal APIs
- Mentor team members and collaborate with the engineering manager
- Implement and refine AI-driven agentic workflows in development
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in senior front-end engineering
- Advanced proficiency in React, Next.js (App Router), and TypeScript
- Experience building on Headless CMS and API-driven content systems
- Strong focus on Core Web Vitals, Technical SEO, and Web Accessibility
- Proven record of establishing automated testing practices
- Active use of AI coding assistants in daily workflow
- Fluent English for daily collaboration with a US team
