You will own the evolution of LangChain’s component library, ensuring it remains scalable and high-quality. Working at the intersection of design and engineering, you will translate design intent into robust, accessible code consumed across the product suite.
What you'll do
- Design and implement flexible, accessible React components
- Partner with designers to translate tokens and patterns into code
- Develop tooling for theming, versioning, and component discovery
- Optimize build performance and bundling strategies for the library
- Maintain testing workflows and dependency management for UI apps
What you'll need
- Extensive experience building modular component libraries
- Deep knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with styling approaches like Tailwind or CSS-in-JS
- Experience with design system tools such as Storybook
- Strong attention to accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Ability to collaborate closely with designers and non-engineers
