Join Trunk Tools as they scale their AI agents for the construction industry. You will work in cross-functional squads to deliver product capabilities from concept to production, collaborating closely with product, design, and machine learning teams.
The team focuses on intelligent document processing and operational workflows, aiming to replace analog processes with automated solutions. This position offers ownership over full-stack development while shaping the technical architecture of a rapidly growing platform.
What you'll do
- Build new features and expand capabilities across the product platform
- Develop LLM-enabled agentic product experiences from the ground up
- Drive capabilities from concept to production in feature squads
- Collaborate with ML engineers and domain experts on integrations
- Iterate on backend architecture to support scaling user needs
- Inform architecture, practices, and tools for the engineering team
What you'll need
- Proven experience in high-output full-stack engineering roles
- High proficiency in TypeScript for backend and frontend development
- Experience with Node, Express, and React technical stack
- Ability to architect systems and design data schemas
- Comfortable working with relational and non-relational databases
- History of shipping products in fast-moving startup environments
