Solace pairs patients with expert advocates to navigate the complex U.S. healthcare system. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own product workflows from design to deployment, working in a lean, mission-driven team that values urgency and precision.
What you'll do
- Analyze requirements and write production-ready code for high-quality user experiences
- Build and maintain features spanning database models to UI components
- Take full ownership of work details and accountability throughout the process
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams on new initiatives
- Create services and APIs to support web application features
- Refactor code and maintain system health for robustness and resilience
- Write clear specs to ensure quality and enable stress-free deployments
- Drive large releases to production on a continuous deployment cadence
What you'll need
- Experience working in a startup environment
- 5+ years of relevant frontend and backend development experience
- Strong fundamentals in React
- Background working with TypeScript and Node.js
- Intuitive understanding of creating delightful consumer-oriented experiences
- Strong communication skills to influence product direction
- Extreme bias toward action, execution, and continuous improvement
