Join Solace to help patients navigate the complex US healthcare system. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will independently own product workflows, committing code daily and seeing your work used by live users. The team values urgency, precision, and ownership in a lean startup environment.
What you'll do
- Analyze requirements and produce production-ready code for high-quality user experiences.
- Build and maintain user-facing features ranging from database models to UI components.
- Take full autonomous ownership of work details from start to finish.
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams to improve user experience.
- Create services and APIs to support new and existing web application features.
- Refactor code and maintain system health to ensure robustness and resilience.
- Write clear specifications to ensure quality and stress-free deployments.
- Drive large releases to production on a continuous deployment schedule.
What you'll need
- Previous experience working in a startup environment.
- At least five years of relevant frontend and backend development experience.
- Strong fundamentals in React and background with TypeScript and Node.
- Intuitive understanding of creating delightful consumer-oriented experiences.
- Strong communication skills to influence product direction and collaboration.
- Extreme bias toward action, execution, and continuous system improvement.
