Join the team building digital infrastructure for grant funding, helping organizations reduce administrative burden through AI-supported analysis and application drafting. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work across the entire stack, from user interface to AI pipeline, with significant autonomy over technical decisions and architecture.
What you'll do
- Build and ship end-to-end product features independently, including UI
- Work across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI pipeline
- Advance AI capabilities via prompt engineering and context management
- Operate and debug live production environments using AWS tools
- Shape technical architecture, code quality, and engineering standards
- Develop interfaces with a usability-first mindset for grant writers
What you'll need
- Several years of professional experience with TypeScript and Node.js
- Strong depth in Postgres, including JSONB and query performance
- Experience with Next.js 15, React Query, Express, and BullMQ
- Hands-on experience building and operating AI pipelines in production
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI evaluation
- High autonomy and ability to solve problems without predefined tickets
- Familiarity with AWS ECS, RDS, and Terraform
Nice to have
- German language skills at B1 level or above
- Experience with AI agents and tool-calling workflows in production
