Join Prompt as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to drive data and analytics initiatives in the healthcare sector. You will build systems that transform complex data into actionable insights for rehab therapy businesses, patients, and internal teams.
This high-ownership role requires a generalist who can move between application code, data modeling, and user-facing surfaces. You will leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate development while ensuring reliability and maintainability.
What you'll do
- Build full-stack data features from models to user interfaces
- Develop AI and LLM-powered workflows for data transformation
- Design and iterate on complex data systems and datasets
- Ship analytics products and dashboards for clients and internal use
- Perform exploratory analysis to guide product decisions
- Influence data engineering strategy and product architecture
- Partner with stakeholders to define success criteria
What you'll need
- 4+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building backend servers and modern frontends
- Fluency with AI and LLM-powered development tools
- Ability to model complex and messy data sources
- Experience designing end-to-end data workflows
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Experience with complex healthcare datasets
- Hands-on experience with dbt and Metabase
- Experience working in AWS environments
- Knowledge of relational databases and warehouses
- Background in building client-facing analytics products
