Join an AI transformation initiative supporting business teams outside the technology organization. You will identify workflow improvements, design architectures, and build solutions ranging from autonomous agents to web applications that connect internal systems.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of projects, from prototyping with AI coding tools to production deployment. You will collaborate directly with stakeholders to define needs and deliver scalable, secure solutions within a six-month engagement.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to identify AI opportunities in their workflows
- Design and own solution architecture, including application, infrastructure, and tooling
- Build and ship AI-enabled internal tools and integrations between existing systems
- Use AI coding tools to prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback
- Explain technical decisions and progress clearly to non-technical audiences
- Report progress to engineering management daily or weekly and flag issues early
- Manage local environments and coordinate with platform team for production deployment
- Adhere to data privacy, security, and governance controls for all solutions
What you'll need
- Senior-level full-stack engineer capable of end-to-end application design and build
- Proficiency in Java or Python, with React preferred
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical work for business stakeholders
- Strong product sense to propose solutions without detailed specs or tickets
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI and daily use of AI-first workflows
- Experience integrating LLMs or strong full-stack background with AI prototypes
- High autonomy in owning architecture, infrastructure, and project reporting
- Comfort with basic infrastructure like containers, Kubernetes, and AWS locally
- Ability to pass client AI transformation assignment including recorded video
