Radiance is transitioning from a services-first agency to a platform-powered company. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work directly with the founder to design the technical architecture of The SOURCE®. This platform blends design, AI, and automation to help brands operate with clarity and speed.
You will build internal tools that reduce operational drag and lay the groundwork for future engineering hires. The role requires shaping product vision, making pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions, and establishing technical standards early in the company's growth.
What you'll do
- Design and own the technical architecture of The SOURCE® platform
- Translate creative and agency workflows into scalable system designs
- Build internal tools to reduce scope creep and operational drag
- Integrate AI, automation, and workflow tooling where it adds value
- Act as a thought partner to the founder on product vision and sequencing
- Establish technical standards, documentation, and patterns early on
- Make pragmatic decisions regarding building, buying, or automating features
What you'll need
- 6–12+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture
- Proven experience building platforms or internal systems from zero to v1
- Strong proficiency in React, Next.js, or equivalent modern frontend frameworks
- Backend experience with Node.js, Python (FastAPI preferred), or similar
- Understanding of REST APIs and basic GraphQL concepts
- Experience designing relational or hybrid schemas using Postgres and JSON
- Ability to integrate tools via APIs such as Stripe, Jira, Webflow, or CRMs
- Practical implementation experience with AI, LLMs, and vector databases
- Comfort working in ambiguity with evolving requirements and no fixed specs
Nice to have
- Experience building tools for agencies, creative teams, or knowledge workers
- Background in scaling internal tools into external-facing SaaS products
- Prior founding or early-employee experience in a startup environment
- Interest in brand, design, storytelling, or creative systems
- Exposure to automation tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or Temporal
