Fonio is expanding its AI voice agent platform globally after rapid growth to 10 million USD ARR. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will take complete ownership of features from concept to deployment, directly impacting thousands of business customers across Europe.
You will define your own roadmap without micromanagement, focusing on pragmatic solutions that deliver immediate customer value. The team operates with high autonomy, minimal meetings, and direct feedback loops to maintain speed and quality.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end development from idea to production-ready feature
- Enhance the platform using NestJS and React technologies
- Interact directly with customers for support and user testing
- Gather feedback to refine product utility and performance
- Take ownership of feature prioritization for Voice AI long-term
What you'll need
- Native German speaker to help shape AI capabilities
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Familiarity with NestJS framework is preferred
- Proven background in building SaaS products
- Pragmatic approach to breaking down complex features
