Join the Governance, Risk and Compliance organization at Vanta, where you will help enterprise customers integrate security programs seamlessly. You will drive complex projects, set technical direction for scaling infrastructure, and mentor engineers while building new product functionality.
This position requires at least five years of industry experience and a background in technical leadership or startup environments. You will work with modern frameworks to deliver high-value solutions that enable businesses to prove their trust and security continuously.
What you'll do
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver business impact
- Set technical direction for critical areas to support rapid company growth
- Design and develop new product features and infrastructure
- Mentor talented engineers and contribute to engineering culture
- Own development tasks using modern frameworks and tooling
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of industry software engineering experience
- Experience in technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects
- Background in startup environments or bias for action
- Previous experience working on greenfield projects
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the field
