The team focuses on maintaining Vanta's core product offerings, enabling businesses to monitor trust continuously. You will leverage modern frameworks to deliver high-value functionality that supports rapid business growth.
What you'll do
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver business impact
- Set technical direction for critical surface areas to support scaling
- Design and develop new product functionality and infrastructure
- Mentor talented engineers and contribute to engineering culture
- Drive complex projects across the technical stack
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Experience in technical leadership roles for teams or projects
- Background in startups or environments prioritizing action
- Experience working on greenfield projects
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the field
