This position requires leading technical projects from conception to launch, ensuring systems are performant and reliable. You will work on AI-powered workflows and data interpretation systems while contributing to the engineering culture in a scaling startup environment.
What you'll do
- Lead large technical projects to ensure core products scale reliably
- Own customer-facing experiences from problem definition to iteration
- Build secure systems connecting data across assets, vendors, and controls
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ship AI-powered workflows
- Use AI tools to prototype and test while maintaining quality standards
- Set technical direction for critical surface areas during rapid growth
What you'll need
- 7+ years of full stack experience with strong backend skills
- Proven track record in technical leadership for teams or projects
- Experience building user-facing SaaS products for startups or enterprise
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Background in startup environments or bias for action
- Experience building 0→1 products and solving large scale problems
- Interest or prior experience in security, risk, privacy, or AI governance
Nice to have
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Go
- Experience building AI-powered product experiences
- Knowledge of modern AI development tools and evaluation
