lemlist is seeking a Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer to design and develop new features for its sales engagement and personal branding SaaS products. You will work independently on both frontend and backend tasks, optimize codebases, and act as a technical lead within your squad.
The company operates with a small, agile team and offers full autonomy. You will collaborate with senior engineers to enhance product functionality and support customer technical issues while maintaining high standards of code quality.
What you'll do
- Design and develop new frontend and backend features from scratch
- Act as technical lead within your squad to drive excellence
- Refactor code, fix bugs, and optimize application performance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy
- Assist customer support with technical issue resolution
- Train fellow developers to enhance team competency
What you'll need
- Expert in TypeScript/JavaScript with at least 7 years experience
- Proven track record in building and maintaining web applications
- Strong understanding of NodeJS, MongoDB, and ideally React
- Ability to work independently on complex projects
- Comfortable with agile methodologies and remote tools
- Fluent in French and English, located in French time zone
Nice to have
- Previous experience in a B2B SaaS startup environment
- Self-taught background with personal coding projects
