What you'll do
- Own the A/B testing cycle to validate features and optimize monetization
- Analyze complex datasets to identify player behaviors and growth opportunities
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap
- Collaborate with designers and developers on data-driven decisions
- Build and maintain dashboards to track critical metrics
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of analytical experience in the gaming industry
- Proficient in SQL and either R or Python
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and statistical methods
- Experience handling large and complex datasets
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced live-ops environments
- Excellent communication skills for storytelling with data
