You will produce high-impact designs for campaigns, social media, and web, ensuring brand consistency while optimizing for performance. This position supports product marketing and mentors junior designers within a global, remote-friendly team.
What you'll do
- Create design assets for marketing, social media, web, ads, and motion content
- Translate creative briefs into on-brand, conversion-driven visuals
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams for cohesive campaigns
- Optimize visuals based on performance insights and feedback
- Maintain design quality and consistency across all brand touchpoints
- Support product marketing with clear visual communication
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in graphic or motion design roles
- Strong portfolio showing clean execution and design leadership
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for concepting and production
- Strong understanding of layout, composition, and visual consistency
- Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience producing short-form ads or commercial visual assets
- Exposure to performance marketing or startup environments
- Knowledge of sound editing or basic VFX
- Familiarity with templates, visual systems, and brand libraries
- Previous experience mentoring designers
