BJAK is expanding its financial services beyond insurance into spending, saving, and investing. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will produce high-impact visuals for marketing campaigns, social media, and web platforms. You will collaborate with content and performance teams to ensure brand consistency and drive conversion.
What you'll do
- Create design assets for marketing, social media, web, and ads
- Produce short-form motion content and video visuals
- Translate creative briefs into conversion-driven designs
- Collaborate with content and performance marketing teams
- Optimize visuals based on performance data and feedback
- Mentor junior designers and support team growth
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints
What you'll need
- 5–8 years of experience in graphic or motion design
- Strong portfolio showing storytelling and design leadership
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion tools
- Interest or experience using AI tools for production
- Strong grasp of layout, composition, and visual systems
- Ability to work fast and meet tight deadlines
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience producing short-form ads or commercial assets
- Background in performance marketing or startup environments
- Knowledge of sound editing or basic VFX
- Familiarity with brand libraries and visual templates
- Previous experience mentoring other designers
