Join the Data organization as a dedicated analytical partner to Marketing, helping shape strategy through rigorous data practices. You will establish tracking, attribution, and reporting frameworks while influencing budget allocation and growth initiatives across acquisition and lifecycle channels.
What you'll do
- Serve as embedded data partner to Marketing teams
- Own marketing measurement foundation across key platforms
- Build clean, reconciled datasets in the data warehouse
- Develop self-serve dashboards for performance visibility
- Analyze full funnel from acquisition to monetization
- Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments
- Maintain core models for LTV, ROAS, and CAC
- Translate analysis into strategic investment recommendations
What you'll need
- 4-7 years in marketing analytics or data science
- Experience with AppsFlyer, GA4, and Firebase
- Advanced SQL skills for large-scale data environments
- Strong knowledge of attribution and statistics
- Proficiency with BI tools like Tableau or Looker
- Ability to communicate insights to leadership
- Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity
Nice to have
- Background in crypto or fintech sectors
- Python or R proficiency for modeling
- Experience building LTV or retention models
- Knowledge of audience segmentation activation
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
