You will connect information across business systems to help Sales, Solutions, and Customer Experience teams make better decisions. Your work involves building AI agents, maintaining dashboards, and reducing manual tasks through automation.
Reporting to the Director of GTM Engineering, you will evaluate AI outputs for quality and privacy while mapping existing processes to improve efficiency. The team expects every member to use AI daily to work smarter and drive growth.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call briefs and rank target accounts
- Create data tables and scheduled jobs combining data from Salesforce and Gong
- Generate reports, alerts, and weekly briefs for sales leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Map go-to-market processes to identify data quality improvements
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, privacy, and safeguards
What you'll need
- 4+ years in analytics, revenue operations, or data analysis
- Experience building AI agents or workflows powered by LLMs
- Proficiency in building dashboards and data products in Power BI
- Confident use of AI coding tools like Claude Code or Cursor
- Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of statistics
- Ability to document and improve business processes
Nice to have
- Experience with Python for automations and API connections
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, or dbt
- Background supporting channel or partner sales motions
- Degree in science, engineering, statistics, or mathematics
