Lead delivery across concurrent client IAM engagements, ensuring consistent methodology and quality standards. You will act as the senior escalation point for clients, managing stakeholder relationships and commercial conversations while guiding solution delivery.
What you'll do
- Own delivery across multiple concurrent client IAM engagements
- Manage plans, governance, RAID logs, and quality assurance
- Act as senior delivery escalation point for client sponsors
- Handle scope, expectations, and commercial contract conversations
- Lead and develop a team of IAM project managers and leads
- Manage resource utilisation and staffing across projects
- Support pre-sales, scoping, estimating, and proposal inputs
- Ensure delivery risk, quality, and compliance standards are met
What you'll need
- Proven track record leading IAM programmes or projects
- Strong programme management background (Prince2, MSP, PMP)
- Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies
- Managed multiple concurrent client engagements and teams
- Excellent client-facing stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle commercial and contract negotiations
- Understanding of IAM technologies and requirements

- Experience supporting pre-sales activities
- Background in scoping or proposal development
