What you'll do
- Drive technical direction across multiple engineering squads
- Lead complex initiatives from concept to delivery
- Design and evolve scalable backend systems and data pipelines
- Partner with product managers to shape roadmaps and trade-offs
- Mentor engineers and conduct architectural reviews
- Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of services
- Participate in on-call rotation one week every five weeks
What you'll need
- Experience with architectural patterns for large-scale web apps
- Proven track record leading greenfield projects end-to-end
- Ability to shape architectural decisions impacting multiple teams
- Strong communication skills in English (B2+ level)
- Hands-on experience using Agentic AI in engineering workflows
- Willingness to join the team on-call rotation
