Join the Governance, Risk and Compliance team at Vanta to develop and maintain core product offerings. You will help enterprise customers integrate their security programs with Vanta, providing insights to mature their compliance efforts. This role requires setting technical direction and mentoring engineers while delivering high-value infrastructure.
What you'll do
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver business impact
- Set technical direction for critical surface areas to support rapid growth
- Design and develop new product functionality using modern frameworks
- Mentor talented engineers and contribute to engineering culture
- Own infrastructure improvements that enable business scaling
What you'll need
- At least 8 years of industry software engineering experience
- Proven track record in technical leadership roles or complex projects
- Experience working in startup environments or bias-for-action cultures
- Background in developing greenfield projects from scratch
- Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the field
