Drive the strategy and roadmap for Lemonade Car, shaping product decisions to enhance customer experience and profitability. You will lead a team of product managers and analysts, fostering an AI-first culture while collaborating with Actuarial, Operations, and Underwriting teams.
What you'll do
- Own strategy and roadmap for Lemonade Car to drive profitable growth
- Build, lead, and coach a team of product managers and analysts
- Guide team adoption of AI tools and redesign workflows accordingly
- Improve processes from concept through regulatory approval to production
- Enhance rating plans, coverage options, and underwriting sophistication
- Align Insurance, Engineering, Data, and Product teams on priorities
- Present strategy and metrics to executive leadership with clarity
What you'll need
- 8+ years of P&C experience with 6+ years in car insurance product management
- At least 1 year of direct management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and drive action
- Strategic thinker with ownership mentality and creative problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to AI technologies
