You will lead the development of enterprise-grade integration architectures connecting Legion with HR, POS, and payroll systems. Working within a distributed team, you will focus on technical integrations, product expertise, and mentoring junior engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable solutions.
What you'll do
- Design scalable integration architectures for HR and payroll systems
- Build and test integrations using Workato
- Develop secure REST APIs within the ecosystem
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve backend reliability
- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule
What you'll need
- 7+ years in technical or solution architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's in STEM field
- 3+ years with event-driven architecture and microservices
- Proficiency in Core Java and RESTful web services
- Experience with AWS tools like ECS, EKS, and S3
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Nice to have
- Workforce management integration experience
- Experience with Workato, SAP BTP, or Dell Boomi
- Knowledge of Docker and isolation technologies
- Background in technical consulting
- Integration experience with Workday or SAP
